If you’re experiencing unexplained activity in your home or business, you're not alone—and you’re not without help. White Wolf Paranormal Investigations is a dedicated volunteer team serving the Greater Atlanta area with over 20 years of combined investigative experience. Using a blend of modern technology and traditional methods. With backgrounds in law enforcement and psychology, we approach each case with professionalism, empathy, and discretion. Our goal is to bring you peace of mind through thorough investigation, evidence documentation, and clear reports of our findings—all at no cost to you.
When you reach out to White Wolf Paranormal Investigations, we begin with a confidential intake process designed to help us understand your situation thoroughly.
Step 1: Initial Contact & Questionnaire
You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire. (link below) It’s important to answer each question honestly and thoroughly so we can provide the most accurate support. All information shared is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared outside of our team.
Step 2: Case Review & Virtual Consultation
Once we receive your questionnaire, a team member will contact you to schedule a phone or virtual consultation (via Zoom). This meeting may be recorded for internal reference purposes only and helps us determine whether an on-site investigation is necessary.
Step 3: Scheduling an Investigation
If your case requires an in-person investigation, we will request three possible dates that work for you. We do our best to accommodate based on team availability. If the situation is urgent or involves children, we will prioritize your case and respond as quickly as possible.
Step 4: On-Site Investigation
On the day of the investigation, one or two team members will first conduct a walkthrough with the homeowner or site contact. We will then set up our equipment throughout the location. We ask that residents vacate the property for approximately 2–3 hours during the initial investigation phase to minimize environmental interference. If you’re comfortable participating later, we may ask for your assistance, as activity can sometimes change when residents are present.
Step 5: Review & Findings
After the investigation, we will carefully review all audio, video, and environmental data. This review process can take several weeks, depending on the complexity of the case. Once completed, you will receive a written report detailing our findings, observations, and any recommendations for next steps.
